We never see the world in its entirety. Every view is a fragment; every perspective is a glimpse, and, at the same time, a veil. Our times demand something more difficult than taking sides: the ability to listen to multiple voices simultaneously. Multiperspectivism is not relativism but rather an exercise in peace—the discipline of leaving room in one’s own judgment for what the other person is experiencing.
