Editor-in-Chief of the weekly journal ‹Das Goetheanum› and studied Waldorf education and mathematics. He publishes on life issues, is the author of the Sternenkalender [Star calendar], leads study trips, and is a dramaturge at the Goetheanum Stage. He has three grown-up daughters.
Franka Henn is an author and eurythmist. She was trained in stage and social eurythmy and has worked from 2018 until 2025 for the weekly Das Goetheanum. Today she is the lead for professional communication in the Section for Inclusive Social Development in Dornach.
Gilda Bartel is a religious scholar, ethnologist, and Waldorf teacher. She works as a freelance editor, teacher, tour guide, journalist, and social worker. A mother of two sons and a dog, she currently resides in Weimar.
Louis Defèche studied psychology (Nancy) and speech formation (Goetheanum). After many years working in artistic fields, his activity has shifted to translation, editing and project management. For several years he has been particularly interested in spirituality in modernity, the relationship between man and technology, and has been working mainly on the history, the idea and the training path of anthroposophy.
Sebastian Jüngel is active in communication at the Goetheanum, as a writer and as a clown.
Christiane Haid heads the Section for Fine Arts and the Visual Art Section at the Goetheanum. She studied Education, German, History and Art in Hamburg and at the Friedrich-v.-Hardenberg-Institute for Cultural Studies. She did her doctorate on Albert Steffen's 'Little Myths'. Her most recent publication was on Rudolf Steiner's indications of 'Faust'.
Born in Hornbach/Odenwald, worked as a eurythmist at the Goetheanum stage, studied German and Art History in Basel, did her doctorate on «Faust» in Zurich and worked as an editor in the Rudolf Steiner Complete Edition. After 15 years leading the Section for the Literary Arts and Humanities at the Goetheanum, she is active today in the editing of Rudolf Steiner's letters and with Stefan Hasler at the Eurythmy Research Centre. She undertakes research on Rudolf Steiner's biography.
Ueli Hurter has been co-leader of the Section for Agriculture since 2010 and a member of the Executive Committee of the General Anthroposophical Society since 2020. He is on the board of the International Biodynamic Association (IBDA).
Born 1956. German politician (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen), member of the German Bundestag (1987-2002) and the European Parliament (2009-2014). Publicist and Waldorf teacher. Co-founder of Mehr Demokratie, Democracy International. Since 2015 head of the Section for Social Sciences at the Goetheanum.
Peter Selg heads the Ita Wegman Institute for Basic Anthroposophical Research in Arlesheim and has been a member of the Executive Council of the General Anthroposophical Section at the Goetheanum since April 2020. He teaches medical anthropology and ethics at the University of Witten-Herdecke and at the Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences Alfter.
Philip Kovce, economist and philosopher, researches at the Götz Werner Professorship for Economic Policy and Order Theory at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg.
Born 1958, Deputy Head of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum. Medical studies in Munich, specialist in paediatrics, head of the consultation hour for naturopathic medicine at the paediatric polyclinic of the Technical University of Munich 1991-1994, head of the Medical Seminar Bad Boll, head of the GAÄD (1999-2011), deputy head of the IVAA (2001-2008), head of the Academy of Anthroposophic Medicine.
Andreas Laudert was born in 1969 and studied at the Berlin University of the Arts. His publications include "Die vergessene Lebensaufgabe – Von Kafka zu Napoleon. Eine Spurensuche" [The forgotten life's task - From Kafka to Napoleon. A search for clues] (Stuttgart 2011) and he works as a high school teacher at Waldorf schools in Lübeck and Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.
Born in the Netherlands in 1953. After studying Dutch philology and philosophy in Amsterdam, he studied philosophy and linguistics in Berlin. From 1987 to 1991 he worked at the Hardenberg Institute for Cultural Studies in Heidelberg, and from 1991 to 2007 he worked for the Anthroposophical Society in Berlin. Martin Kollewijn publishes on questions of philosophy and intellectual history. Other research topics: Contemporary art, development of consciousness, questions of bioethics and neuroscience.
Hans-Christian Zehnter, Born 1963. Graduate biologist. 1993 to 2000, study in natural sciences and research assistant at the Natural Science Section of the Goetheanum in Dornach (ch). 2005 to 2010, editor of the weekly journal Das Goetheanum. Before 2005 and from 2010 to autumn 2016 worked in the conference organization and reception area of the Goetheanum. Since October 2016, editor and research assistant at the Rudolf Steiner Archive in Dornach.
Nathaniel Williams founded the Free Columbia training site with Laura Summer, where he directed the M.C. Richards program. He studied art and puppetry in Basel, Switzerland, and graduated in fine arts from the Neue Kunstschule in 2002. He received his Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Albany and works as a performer, teacher and artist. Currently he is the leader of the Youth Section at the Goetheanum.
