Course for Improving Conflict Management in the Workplace
The Sunbridge Institute in upstate New York is offering the first part of an online training course entitled “Working with Conflict as a Catalyst for Change in the Workplace” from January 5 to 6, 2024. This first workshop focuses on understanding the dynamics of escalation and de-escalation. Participants in the course will learn to view conflict in the workplace constructively and to rethink it as a useful tool for positive change. The training also teaches what makes an organization “conflict-capable” and how disputes can be used specifically to improve collegial relationships and group dynamics. These practices and skills, which are also applicable in everyday life, will be worked through and deepened in the second part of the course. Workshop two takes place from March 22 to 23, 2024.
