Wrestling with this is akin to a small death—a relinquishing and disrupting of everything familiar. It proves to be deeply human. Art emerges from this struggle and reveals our true nature, which tries to understand itself. AI-generated art cannot achieve this, and it is worth clarifying exactly why not.
