English Issue 45/2026
From November 2nd-8th, approximately 500 members of the School of Spiritual Science will gather to work with Rudolf Steiner’s mantric verses—the entire cycle of 19 esoteric lectures—in German, English, Spanish, or French. During this week of meditation, for the first time, the twelve sections within the School—from medicine to agriculture—as well as the Christian Community, will be addressed as individual groups. In this way, the two aspects of anthroposophical esotericism become a reality: meditation and practical living—inner and outer life. We are delighted that this week’s issue reaches far in both time and space: in terms of time, by tracing how Steiner initiated this cycle—the First Class in Spiritual Science—100 years ago; and in terms of space, by hearing from the Far East and the West about how esoteric work is carried out there today.
