Chestnut Ridge, Ontario. Workshops on the inclusion of indigenous culture in Waldorf education.
In January and March 2026, the last two events in the workshop series “Building Reciprocal Relationships with Our Indigenous Communities” will take place. The online meetings are being organized by the US-based Sunbridge Institute and Hawi, a consulting firm whose work is inspired by the indigenous Haudenosaunee Confederacy and Waldorf education. The aim of the workshops is to support Waldorf educators in integrating a mindful and respectful approach to indigenous culture and indigenous realities into their work, thereby contributing to the inclusion of indigenous peoples in North America. The workshops will be held in English on January 16 and 17 and March 6 and 7.
