Buenos Aires, Argentina. Spanish-language hybrid training in Curative Education.
For the past 15 years, the Argentine organization Cruz del Sur has offered training in Curative Education and Social Therapy. Cruz del Sur developed this program in order to support children and adolescents, who had received guidance during their school years, as they transitioned into young adulthood. The development of approaches grounded in social therapy made it possible to extend care beyond the school setting. Originally, the training took place on a weekly basis. Over time, a monthly format was developed to better suit the needs and circumstances of different groups. This year, taking into account pandemic-related changes and the growing potential of online learning, a hybrid format combining in-person and online modules was introduced. The complete training program spans two and a half years. Participants attend weekly online meetings and two longer webinars each month. The first in-person meeting has already taken place, however, new participants can still join the program. The next in-person module is scheduled for February 2027 in Buenos Aires.
