The Youth House

Chestnut Ridge, USA. A new initiative in New York state.

The Threefold Foundation is in the process of building a new program around its youth house for younger people interested in anthroposophy. From September onward, the berry-colored wooden house will be home to three initiatives: a full-time year-long residence for people between the ages of 18 and 35, the Threefold community course as an introduction to anthroposophy for all age groups, and various offerings for the young anthroposophical generation. The intention is to take a bold step towards a renewal of the anthroposophical heritage. As part of the residency program, five people are given the opportunity to study anthroposophy for twelve months, get involved in the community, and implement projects in the spiritual, artistic, and scientific fields. The goal: inner growth and the development of social, practical and future-oriented skills. All the activities in the Youth House add up to an idealistic community: connected, interested, creating, and growing.
