McMinnville, USA. Further training for Waldorf teachers and staff.

The Waldorf Leadership Development (WLD) program from the US Center for Anthroposophy is a one-year course that supports teachers and staff at Waldorf schools in their work and, in particular, helps them cultivate important leadership qualities. The content of the program is largely taught online, but also in face-to-face meetings. Since last year, the English-language course has been open to international participants and has now welcomed people from New Zealand and Brazil in addition to participants from the USA. WLD content includes, for example, differentiating between different group dynamics and how collaboration can succeed in different social contexts, conflict resolution tools, clear and effective communication skills, and financial management. The next course starts on May 10 and runs until April 2026.
