The podcast of the Nature Institute (Ghent) goes into dialogue with nature.
The institute’s staff understands science as a participatory process. They develop dynamic and flexible thinking in order to perceive wholeness and to do justice to the complexity of the world. In doing so, they want to overcome the limits of a mechanistic view of life and instead learn from life itself. In their podcast, they deal with natural phenomena and the nature of human research. Sometimes as an interview, sometimes as lectures, they cover a wide range of topics span. In the current issue, host John Gouldthorpe reads from Craig Holdrege’s book ‹How does a mole view the world?› before talking to the author about the question of how to understand the unique way of each living being?
