Zacharie Dusingizimana is a legal representative and co-founder of Ubumwe Community Center in Gisenyi, Rwanda. He served at the Imbabazi orphanage for 12 years as a mentor, trainer, financial manager, and finally special projects manager. Zacharie has a BA in management from Kigali independent university and an MBA from Arunachal University of Studies.
