For those looking to nurture their inner artist this summer, the donation-based art course offered by the anthroposophical educational initiative Free Columbia is a great opportunity. Painter Laura Summer is offering two four-day online workshops in English entitled “Exploring the Color Wheel through Many Media” from July 5-8 and July 12-15. Participants can expect playful experimentation with various art techniques such as watercolor painting, pastels, and cold wax. Under Summer’s guidance, participants will learn to expand their creative expression without pressure or thinking about performance. Materials will be provided by Free Columbia.
