We thought: an issue of the Weekly on sustainability should not be wrapped in plastic\u2014this generates a lot of waste and is not sustainable. Unfortunately paper envelopes cost considerably more and are not that much better, ecologically. We would prefer to dispense with the envelope altogether and print mailing addresses directly on the cover.
