We have entered a journey of healing together.
Who am I? Who are you? Who are we to do this work?
We are the ones who build communities in the jungle
Who dedicate ourselves to reforestation
And know that you cannot sell a living being
We are the ones who build natural buildings
And celebrate seasonal festivals
Who believe in the healing power of stories
And who practice silent listening
The beekeepers of inclusion
We are the ones who seek \u201c\u2026the secrets of the world
Through the processes of illness and healing
In the depths of human nature.\u201d
We are the ones who have suffered under oppression
And we are the ones who enjoy privilege at the expense of others
Despite our best efforts
We are the ones who are angry and forgiving at the same time
We are the ones who have survived war and genocide
And personal abuses, not only at the hands of strangers,
But also at those of our neighbours and loved ones.
And we are the ones that have been granted the courage
To heal ourselves by healing others
We are the ones who have incarnated into bodies
And know that one day we will die
And that even then we can still be there for each other
And yet we are the ones who know
That at least here, for this moment together
\u201cNo one is going to die\u201d.
We are the ones who are thinking rational thoughts
And practicing our happy skills side by side
And we are the ones who are learning to listen
And listen and listen again to each other
So that we do not just ask, \u201cWho am I?\u201d, But also, \u201cWho are you?\u201d
To do what we must do
We are the ones who have always been
And yet are forever for the first time
The healers that go out alone
And come back together
To return once more to the happy tree<\/p>\n\n\n\n
