Year Two will begin with working with methods arising out of these indications.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1365\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1-1365x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60141\" style=\"width:650px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1-1365x1024.jpg 1365w, https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1-770x578.jpg 770w, https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/dasgoetheanum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/G2024_37_Web_2-1.jpg 2000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1365px) 100vw, 1365px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Participants in the first-year program of AnthrOArt<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>This past summer featured the final online semester focusing on the Nine Nature Mood Sketches for Painters and the last Four Large Watercolors (New Life, The Three Crosses, Archetypal Plant, and the Archetypal Human\/Animal) after work with Rudolf Steiner\u2019s color theories, Friedwart sketches, and other motif training sketches. A recording with Chinese subtitles and a period of extended viewing was available to all of the course participants who have continued with the program throughout the entire year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The start of a new second-year program in November will explore the mysteries of <em>Color Metamorphosis<\/em> as developed particularly by Gerard Wagner. This session will build on the experiences of the previous year visually revealing the deeper nature of \u201cpainting out of the color.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting in January 2025, an on-line semester with Iris Sullivan presenting Liane Collot d\u2019Herbois\u2019 work in <em>Light, Darkness and Color<\/em> will proceed monthly. Then, an in-person course in May, with Fiona Campbell teaching Beppe Assenza\u2019s basic <em>Color Exercises and Motifs,<\/em> will be presented. To conclude the second-year program, an online summer-autumn semester with Van James will explore Hilde Boos-Hamburger\u2019s <em>Creative Power of Color<\/em> (which will be of particular interest to teachers) and prepare for a November 2025 Year Two conclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Year Three is envisioned for the study of Rudolf Steiner\u2019s indications in Graphic Design (book covers and posters), Black and White (slant-line, shaded) Drawing, and linear art of Form Drawing. The first year is not required for participation in the second or third year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This unique visual arts program, AnthrOArt, is open to all those interested in the pictorial arts as initiated by Rudolf Steiner and developed by some of the important early pioneer artists.
