Amidst the hectic, even apocalyptic atmosphere, clear pleas for fundamental social, political, and economic renewal can be heard.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThese midterms deciding who fills the seats of 35 Senators, 36 Governors, and each of the 435 members of the House of Representatives, who are re-elected every two years.
