She sees this as the greatest lever to transform Western industrialized agriculture into a healthy agriculture with the earth, which gives something back to the earth and nourishes it again. It is particularly important to her to awaken people&#8217;s understanding that the earth is not a thing, but a being that lives and \u2013 at the moment \u2013 suffers. She has founded a charity called Dirt, which collects donations and supports biodynamic projects.
