English Issue 6/2024
How do you feel about being awake today? Are you awake or are you dreaming or even sleeping through the day? What shifts our consciousness from one to the other? In this issue, we continue our series on basic anthroposophical concepts with “sleeping,” “dreaming,” and “waking.” (Last year, we looked at “body,” “soul,” and “spirit,” and then “imagination,” “inspiration,” and “intuition.”) Once again, I asked three people to add their voices to these concepts with crystalline brevity, to speak only in their own words, and to dispense with references. In this way, perhaps a path will emerge on which the familiar recreates itself and becomes fruitful for further development. Explore with us the awakeness in sleeping, the different states of being awake, and the colourful world of dreaming that weaves in between.
